ORARI DI CHECK IN/OUT:
Le camere saranno a disposizione dei gentili Ospiti dalle ore 14:00 del giorno di arrivo alle ore 11:00 del giorno di Partenza. Per richieste particolari si prega contattare la Reception dell’Hotel.
E’ disponibile il servizio di web pre-check in che riduce il tempo di attesa all’arrivo in hotel.
Se avete una prenotazione vi sarà spedita una mail almeno 24 ore prima del vostro arrivo con le istruzioni per effettuare il pre-check in. Così, all’arrivo in hotel, dovrete solamente mostrare il vostro documento, ritirare la chiave della camera.
MODALITA’ DI PRENOTAZIONE :
All’atto della prenotazione viene richiesta una caparra del 30% dell’ammontare presunto dell’intero soggiorno tramite carta di credito o bonifico bancario.
ANNULLAMENTO PRENOTAZIONE:
E’ possibile annullare senza penali la prenotazione sino a sette giorni prima dell’arrivo. In caso di annullamento successivo verrà trattenuto il deposito. In caso di No Show viene addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno.

L’Hotel dispone di un servizio navetta da e per la Stazione Fs, aeroporti principali ed altre destinazioni a pagamento. In tutto l’Hotel il servizio Internet Wi-Fi è gratuito,a richiesta a pagamento un servizio Internet LTE. Ogni camera standard è dotata di Tv Led satellitare con programmi Sky gratuiti, frigo bar, telefono e Bagno Privato.
La Reception dell’Hotel è aperta 24 ore al giorno. Potete comunicare con la Hall dalla Vostra camera componendo il n° 9 dal telefono. Il servizio di front office è disponibile tutti i giorni dalle ore 7,30 alle ore 22,30. L’Hotel dispone di un parcheggio interno
gratuito con videosorveglianza a circuito chiuso. La colazione è servita dalle ore 7:30 alle ore 10:00. Il pranzo dalle ore 12:45 alle ore 14:30, la cena dalle ore 19:45 alle ore 21:45. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day .To communicate with Hall from your room by dialing the number 9 from the phone. The front office service is available every day from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm. The hotel has a free parking with CCTV surveillance . Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 am, Lunch from 12:45 pm to 02:30 pm, dinner from 07:45 to 09:45 pm .
